Every Arms Bros shirt is printed individually when you order it — no warehouses of pre-printed stock, no stale inventory. Your design is printed fresh, just for you.

How it works

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, the same technology behind high-end custom apparel. Water-based inks are printed directly into the fabric fibers (not just sitting on top like an iron-on), then heat-cured for permanence. The result: sharp detail, rich color, and a print that moves with the shirt instead of cracking or peeling.

The shirt itself

We print on the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton Tee — 5.3 oz, 100% preshrunk cotton with a classic unisex fit. It's the workhorse of the custom apparel world: durable, comfortable, and it holds a print beautifully wash after wash.

Quality checks

Every shirt is inspected before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just wrong, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — that's our promise.

Easy care

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. The print is built to last, and a little care keeps it looking sharp for years.
